As SCS concludes its role in hosting, supporting, and maintaining the Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) system, we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for the trust and collaboration you have extended to us over the past decade.
For the past ten years, it has been our privilege to serve state regulators and securities filers by ensuring that EFD remained a reliable and efficient platform for submitting and processing securities filings. This system has been more than a technical tool; it has been a bridge connecting regulators and filers, facilitating compliance and fostering trust across jurisdictions.
To the state regulators who have worked with us, thank you for entrusting SCS with this vital responsibility. Your commitment to investor protection and market integrity has inspired us to deliver the highest standards of service. Working with you to refine and improve EFD has been one of the greatest honors in our company’s history.
To the securities filers who have relied on EFD, we are grateful for your trust and engagement. Your feedback and dedication to working within the system were instrumental in shaping EFD into the dependable resource it became. We are proud to have supported your efforts to navigate the complexities of securities filing with greater ease and confidence.
As SCS transitions away from EFD, we reflect on the relationships and accomplishments that have defined this partnership. It has been an extraordinary journey, and we are proud of the role we played in supporting this community. While we will no longer be involved with EFD, we leave with immense pride in the work we’ve accomplished together and a deep sense of loss in saying farewell to this important chapter in our company’s story.
